You will need to activate the cheats via the Cheats menu in the phone in order to use them. Enter one of the following phone numbers (including the # symbol at the start) and call it to unlock the corresponding cheat – you should see a message if you entered the code correctly. To enter cheats in Saints Row 2 you will need to pause the game, open the in-game phone and select Dial.
